**I'm guessing는 일상 대화에서 슬랭으로 많이 사용. 문장적으로는 I guess가 더

   공식적으로는 맞는 답. 두 개 모두 동일한 의미.

 

Chandler: (imitating the characters) Tuna or egg salad?  Decide!

**or발음은 슈와현상으로 '어 r'하고 앞 단어나 뒤 단어에 이어 붙여서 사용.

 

Ross: (in a deep voice) I'll have whatever Christine is having.

*장난스럽게 발음해서 whatever가 뭉개진것 아닌가??? (실제로는 정확히 발음하는 듯)

* having ~먹다 ( have뒤에는 주로 식사 lunch, dinner 등)이 오고 eat은 음식( banana, apple 등) 이 옵니다. 

*Whatever 복합 관계 대명사

    1) 명사절 ~하는 것은 무엇이든지 (= anything that)

          Feel free to add whatever you fancy to the dish

          Feel free to add anything that you fancy to the dish

     2) 부사절(양보 절) ~한다 할지라도(=no matter what)

* that-these-those의 지시대명사가 'n'으로 끝나는 단어 뒤에 오면 th단어가 약 발음

    현상으로 생략되는 경우가 있음.

** I say: 현재형으로 아직 일어나지 않을 일을 얘기할 때 사용, 여러 사람 또는 2명 이상의 사람이 모여 의견을 말할 때 그 상황을 어떻게 처리할까에 대해서 본인의 생각을 말하는 것.
